قام باتهام مدير هيئة التفاوض السورية "نصر الحريري" البارحة الاحد النظام السوري الحاكم والميليشيات الإيرانية بتقَصُّد مدينة حلب بالغازات السامة في مسعى منهم لإجهاض العملية السياسية.
وصرح "الحريري" في تغريدة على حسابه في تويتر: إن عملية الاستهداف أتت "لاتهام الثوار واستخدام هذا كذريعة من قبل حكومة الآسد وحلفائه بهدف فتح عمل عسكري شمال سورية والذهاب بعيدا عن أي استحقاق للعملية السياسية"، مؤكداً أن يملكون بيانات أن النظام هو من أطلق القذائف المحملة بغاز الكلور على حي الخالدية.
ولفت "الحريري" في اجتماع صحافي حتّى "الوجود الإيراني في سورية وفي الجنوب خاصة لم يحدث من قبل، حيث قامت إيران خلال الفترة الفائتة، بتأسيس عديد من المواقع العسكرية، ومقرات ومراكز تمرين وغيرها".
وأردف قائلاً: "طهران قسم من الإشكالية وليست جزءاً من الحل للقضية السورية، وأي دور أو مرسوم أو مسعى لتقليم أظافر إيران أو إضعافها عسكرياً أو أمنياً أو سياسياً أو اقتصادياً، سوف يكون له النفوذ الإيجابي في الملف السوري، ولكن تلك الأعمال وحدها غير كافية".
يُأوضح أن النظام السوري الحاكم وروسيا وَجَّها اتهاماً إلى الثوار بالوقوف وراء عملية الاستهداف، الشأن الذي نفاه كل من "حجرة عملية الزهراء" و"الجبهة الوطنية للتحرير".

Al-Hariri stated in a tweet on his Twitter account: The targeting operation came to “accuse the rebels and use this as an excuse by the Assad government and its allies with the aim of opening military action in northern Syria and going away from any entitlement to the political process,” stressing that they have data that the regime launched Shells loaded with chlorine gas on the Khalidiya neighborhood.
Al-Hariri pointed out in a press meeting that "the Iranian presence in Syria and in the south in particular has never happened before, as during the last period Iran established many military sites, headquarters, training centers, and others."
And he added, "Tehran is part of the problem and is not part of the solution to the Syrian issue, and any role, decree or endeavor to prune Iran's nails or weaken it militarily, security, politically or economically, will have a positive influence on the Syrian file, but these actions alone are not sufficient." .
He explains that the ruling Syrian regime and Russia have accused the revolutionaries of being behind the targeting process, a matter that was denied by both the "Zahra Operation Room" and the "National Liberation Front".
