أول تعليق من "قوات مسلحة الإسلام" على حكم إعدام قائده عصام بويضاني من قبل نظام الحكم في سوريا
علق الناطق المعترف به رسميا باسم "قوات مسلحة الإسلام"، حمزة بيرقدار، اليوم يوم الثلاثاء، على حكم القصاص الصادر من القضاء الموالي للنظام السوري، مقابل زعيم فصيله عصام بويضاني.
وتحدث "بيرقدار" في تدوينة على قناته بتليغرام: "كانت ولا زالت حكومة الأسد مسلوب السيادة والقرار داخليًّا وخارجيًّا لصالح حلفائه الروس والإيرانيين والميليشيات الطائفية الأخرى".
واستكمل: "ليخرج علينا اليوم بقرارات إعدام بحق أولاد الغوطة الشرقية في الوقت الذي لا يمكنه أن يمشي خطوات خطوة واحدة دون إذن الدُّب التابع للاتحاد الروسي وذلك ما ظهر ملحوظًا في قاعدة حميميم".
وقد كانت محكمة الجنايات الموالية للنظام السوري، حكمت بإنهاء حياة، زعيم "هيئة تحرير الشام"، محمد حسين الشرع الملقب (أبو محمد الجولاني)، وقائد "قوات مسلحة الإسلام"، عصام بويضاني، وقائد "فيلق الرحمن"، عبد الناصر الشمير.
ونصَّ مرسوم الحكم أيضًا بقتل "زيادة عن 40 مدعى عليهًا معظمهم من غوطة العاصمة السورية دمشق الشرقية"، جرّمدعى عليه المحكمة "بقصف بعض أحياء العاصمة السورية دمشق بالقذائف" التي أدت وفق المحكمة إلى مقتل مدنيين وإصابة آخرين.
حيث نشرت حكومة الأسد، أحكاما غيابية بالإعدام بحق ثلاثة من قادة الفصائل المحتجون، عقب تلقي المحاكم الموالية لنظام الأسد إدعاءات ضدهم.
وأوضحت جريدة الوطن التابعة لنظام الأسد، إن محكمة الجنايات أصدرت أحكاماً غيابية بالإعدام على قادة ثلاثة فصائل عسكرية، من بينهم زعيم "هيئة تحرير الشام" محمد حسين الشرع الملقب "أبو محمد الجولاني"، إلى منحى زعيم فصيل قوات مسلحة الإسلام عصام بويضاني، وقائد فصيل فيلق الرحمن عبد الناصر الشمير.
وحسب الصحيفة التابعة، فإن القرارات أخذت الصفة الوجاهية العلنية، وأنها قابلة للإلغاء، وبتهم غير مشابهة أتت نتيجة ادعاءات شخصية من متضررين إضافة إلى ذلك الحق العام
The first comment by the "Armed Forces of Islam" on the death sentence of its leader, Issam Boudani, by the regime in Syria
A spokesman for the officially recognized "armed forces of Islam", Hamza Bayrakdar, commented today, Tuesday, on the ruling of retribution issued by the pro-Syrian judiciary, in exchange for the leader of his faction Issam Boudhani.
And "Bayrakdar" spoke in a post on his telegram channel: "The Assad government was and still is stolen sovereignty and decision internally and externally in the interests of its Russian and Iranian allies and other sectarian militias."
He continued: "Let us come out today with death decisions against the children of Eastern Ghouta at a time when he cannot walk steps one step without the permission of the bear of the Russian Federation, and this is what was noticeable in the Hmeimim base."
The criminal court loyal to the Syrian regime had ruled to end the life of the leader of the Headquarters for the Liberation of Al-Sham, Muhammad Hussein al-Shara, alias (Abu Muhammad al-Julani), and the commander of the “Armed Forces of Islam”, Issam Boudhani, and the commander of “Legion of the Rahman”, Abdel Nasser al-Shamir.
The decree also stipulated the killing of "more than 40 defendants, most of them from Ghouta, the Syrian capital, East Damascus," defending the court "by bombing some neighborhoods of the Syrian capital, Damascus, with missiles," which, according to the court, killed civilians and wounded others.
The Assad government published death sentences in absentia against three protesting faction leaders, after courts loyal to the Assad regime received allegations against them.
