ميليشيا "الواحدت": موسكو وأنقرة ودمشق وطهران اتفقوا على مرسوم بخصوص في شرق الفرات
أفاد زعيم ميليشيا "الوحدات" الكردية، سيبان حمو، إن موسكو وأنقرة ودمشق وطهران اتفقوا على مرسوم متحد بخصوص مساحة في شرق الفرات، والعملية العسكرية المنتظرة فيها.

وشدد "حمو" في مقابلة مع جريدة "الشرق الأوسط"، اليوم يوم السبت، أن "هناك اتفاق ضمني بين الأطراف (موسكو وأنقرة ودمشق وطهران)، بخصوص في شرق الفرات"، معتبرًا أنهم جميعًا متفقين على وجوب إزعاج أميركا.

وردًّا على أحد الأسئلة بخصوص وجود اتصالات بين جماعات شعبية مسلحة "الوحدات" وروسيا في أعقاب تهديدات تركيا، أجاب بقوله" إن "الاتصالات المباشرة متوقفة منذ خيبته من موسكو في طليعة العام عند السماح بالانقضاض على عفرين".


إلا أن "حمو" نوه إلى وجود "اتصالات غير على الفور عبر مكاتبنا، والواضح أن الروس مسرورون الأمر الذي يحصل لمضايقة  أمريكا، قلنا إن هناك تهديدات وحشودًا من تركيا، يظهر أنهم مسرورون وهناك اتفاق ضمني بين الأطراف".

وعن موقف النظام السوري الحاكم، شدد زعيم ميليشيا "الوحدات" حصول اتصالات مع مسؤولين في النسق، وصرح: "في عفرين طلبوا أن نسلم المدينة قبل إنقضاض تركيا لكننا رفضنا، أما هذه اللحظة فإنهم يتفرجون، ليست هناك أي مبادرة من الاتحاد الروسي أو دمشق بسوريا".

وبشأن الموقف الأمريكي، أجاب "حمو": "الأمريكيون صرحوا إن التهديدات التركية تخرب العمليات مقابل (ترتيب الجمهورية) في شرق مجرى مائي الفرات، يلزم ألا ننسى أن تركيا والولايات المتحدة عضوان في حلف في شمال الأطلسي (ناتو)".

"Hamo" stressed in an interview with the newspaper "Asharq Al-Awsat" today, Saturday, that "there is an implicit agreement between the parties (Moscow, Ankara, Damascus and Tehran) regarding East of the Euphrates," considering that they all agree that America should be disturbed.



In response to one of the questions about the existence of contacts between popular armed groups "units" and Russia in the wake of Turkey's threats, he answered by saying that "direct contacts have been suspended since his disappointment with Moscow at the forefront of the year when allowing the assault on Afrin."





However, "Hamou" noted the existence of "contacts that were not immediately through our offices, and it is clear that the Russians are pleased with what is happening to harass America, we said that there are threats and crowds from Turkey, it appears that they are pleased and there is an implicit agreement between the parties."



Regarding the position of the ruling Syrian regime, the leader of the "units" militia stressed the occurrence of contacts with officials in the coordination, and stated: "In Afrin, they asked that we surrender the city before the overthrow of Turkey, but we refused, but for this moment they are watching, there is no initiative from the Russian Federation or Damascus in Syria. ".



Regarding the American position, Hamo replied: "The Americans have stated that Turkish threats are sabotaging operations in exchange for the (arrangement of the republic) in the east of the Euphrates waterway. We must not forget that Turkey and the United States are members of a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)."
