وشدد رئيس الوفد الأردني أن “أحدا لا يمكنه التدخل في قضية الموقوفين على ذمة القضايا الجنائية أو المالية، قائلا ذلك موضوع حقوق الناس، ولا يمكننا التدخل فيه، وعليهم أن يعينوا محام في الجمهورية السورية للمدافعة عنه. أما إذ كان موقوفا سياسيا أو على خلفيات إرهابية يمكننا الجديد عنه سياسيا”.
