إخطار مهم من معبر جرابلس بخصوص دخول أصحاب الجنسية المزدوجة والراغبين بالعودة الطوعية
نشر معبر جرابلس الحدودي السوري مع تركيا إرشادات تنفيذية حديثة في ما يتعلق بـ دخول أصحاب الجنسبة المزدوجة من السوريين (السوريين حاصلي الجنسية التركية) إلى الأراضي السورية والرجوع إلى الأراضي التركية.
وأتى في تصريح المعبر أن إدارة المعبر قامت بتجديد نظام الدخول المخصص بأصحاب الجنسية المزدوجة بحيث يتم تحدود 48 ساعة أثناء الشهر للدخول إلى الجمهورية السورية وهما اليوم الأول واليوم الخامس عشر من شهرياً.
وتابع المعبر في تصريحه أن الدخول سوف يكون تشييد على الأعمال الماضية والتي منصوص بها على تقديم مناشدة لإدارة معبر جرابلس من المنحى التركي مسلماً باليد ليسمح للأفراد بالدخول.
اتا هذا تصريح بعد ان كان هناك معانات تواجه السوريين الحاصليين على الجنسية المزدوجة كانت هناك عقبات تواجههم
الرجوع الطوعية
من ناحية ثانية أشار المعبر في إخطاره أنه وفيما يتعلق للسوريين الراغبين بالعودة الطوعية على نحو ختامي إلى الشام السورية عبر معبر جرابلس الحدودي فعليهم مرافقة إذن خروج طوعي من الولاية التي يقطنون بها ليتم إدخالهم إلى سورية، وأنه من دون وجد ذلك الإذن فلن يتيح لهم بالدخول.
أن إذن الرجوع الطوعية إلى الشام السورية يتم الحصول عليه من إدارة الهجرة التركية، وذلك الشأن ينطبق على من معهم بطاقة الحراسة المؤقتة وايضاًً الغير حاصلين عليها، والمقصد منها رفع المسؤولية عن السلطات التركية بأنك ستخرج على نحو طوعي إلى بلدك وهم باتوا غير مسؤولين عن سلامتك.

Voluntary reference
