سورية: توترات داخل القصر الجمهوري... واعتقالات جماعية
شدد توثيق للمرصد الإستراتيجي اعتقال مئات الضباط في أوساط مجموعات جنود النظام السوري الحاكم بدمشق عاصمة سوريا على مرجعية اكتشاف مجموعة تعمل مقابل بشارالأسد، كما سلط الضوء على صعود قوات النظام الحاكم وتردي الظروف العامة في أنحاء سيطرتها.

وتحدث التقرير: إن القصر الجمهوري يشهد موجة من الاضطراب إثر تسرب الأخبار عن وجود عدد من الضباط الذين يعملون في الخفاء مقابل بشار الأسد حيث أجرى الضباط الموالون للنظام عمليات تصفية طالت أغلب العاملين في مكتب الاستعلامات المخصص بالقصر.

وصرح التقرير عن تصفية عقيد يدعى “مازن غصون” من الطائفة العلوية ويعمل في الاستعلامات عقب اتهامه بخيانة بشار الأسد وهذا قبل صوب شهر من اليوم حيث تم إيجاد دلائل تثبت تورطه بتأجير ثلاثة بيوت في حي “المالكي” ضمن الشارع الملاصق للقصر الجمهوري في دمشق السورية بعقود إيجار وهمية لأفراد مجهولين، ولم تحدث علم الجهة التي يتبعون لها، وقام أمن القصر الجمهوري عقب هذا بمصادرة أملاكه بما فيها 3 مركبات خاصة.

وأسفرت العملية عن اعتقال أكثر من  عشرة ضباط متفاوتي الرتب العسكرية من مكتب الاستعلامات، وضع بعضهم قيد الإقامة الجبرية، ووضع آخرون تحت إجراء رئاسة الزوايا، بالإضافة لاعتقال مجموعة من الضباط والمهندسين والأطباء الذين خدموا في أوساط قوات مسلحة الإطار.

وصرح التقرير: إن عدد هؤلاء المحبوسين سياسيا يمر 350 ضابطاً تم توقيفهم نتيجة لـ “جزاءات انضباطية، وتقارير كيدية، ومنهم مصابين حرب ومعهم نسب عجز، وأحوالهم الصحية سيئة ومع هذا توقفت رواتبهم من لحظة توقيفهم وعائلاتهم وأطفالهم يتكبدون الفقر”.

وفي الأسبوع الأخير من شهر تشرين الأول الزمن الفائت اعتقلت جماعات شعبية مسلحة الحرس الثوري الإيرانية 15 عنصراً من جماعات شعبية مسلحة الحراسة الوطني بمدينة البوكمال وتم نقلهم إلى فرع “الإستخبارات الجوية” بمدينة دير الزور، وهذا بعد مناوشات دارت بين الجانبين. وتعمل إيران على تفكيك التشكيلات الموالية للنظام السوري هناك من أجل بسط سيطرتها التامة على المساحة.

وفي السويداء أعلنت مصادر من قلب الميدان عن مقتل 62 عنصراً من مقاتلوا النظام وجرح 46 آخرين في معارك دارت مع ترتيب الجمهورية معظمهم سقط أثناء الأسبوعين الأخيرين من شهر تشرين الأول.

واستقبلت اللاذقية  خلال الفترة ذاتها جسامين 18 قتيلاً قضوا في الشهر الزمن الفائت غالبيتهم من قرى مساحة جبلة، ومن ضمنهم 5 ضباط، رائد ونقيب وثالث برتبة ملازم أول كما تم تقرير مقتل 23 عنصراً من مقاتلوا النظام بين ريفي اللاذقية وحماة في منتصف شهر شهر أكتوبر الزمن الفائت، معظمهم من “كتيبة القمة” الموجودة شرقي اللاذقية بجبل الأكراد وعلى السفوح المجاورة إلى لين الغاب، حيث أفصحت الفصائل الثورية تطبيق إنقضاض مباغت أدى الى مقتل ذلك الرقم، كما أسفر إنقضاض لجيش “أنصار الإسلام” على تلة الدبابات على محور الكبينة- السرمانية في ريف حماة الذي بالشمال من الغرب، عن مقتل أكثر من  25 عنصراً وجرح آخرين واغتنام دبابتين وعدد عظيم من الأسلحة والذخائر.

وقاسى “حزب الله” استناداً للتقرير خسائر فادحة تمثلت في مقتل ضابط وبعض من أصدقاؤه اتجاه شمال في غرب محافظة درعا بهجوم مجهول حدث في عاقبة شهر تشرين الأول الزمن الفائت.

وتشهد الكثير من الأنحاء التابعة للنظام انتشار المواد المخدرة وحبوب “الكبتاغون” حيث تم الكشف عن توقيف عربة بداخلها 90 ألف حبة “كبتاغون” مخدرة بحمص، ويدور الجديد عن دخول مقادير عظيمة بصورة يومية بواسطة التهريب إلى أنحاء الإطار مرتقبة من لبنان.

وأصبحت المواد المخدرة والحشيش تنتشر في حمص في سوريا وطرطوس نتيجة لـ قربها من الأطراف الحدودية اللبنانية التي يتم تهريب مقادير هائلة إليها، بالتنسيق مع بائعين مواد مخدرة لبنانيين، حيث بات بائعين المواد المخدرة يروجون لبضاعتهم في العلن.
يُشار حتّى “حزب الله” يشرف على شبكة مؤلفة من 1600 زبون، مهمتهم بيع المخدرات وهذا بالتنسيق مع بعض ضباط الإطار الذين يسهلون عمليات بيع المواد المخدرة الموالية للحزب في مقابل حصولهم على جزء من المكاسب الكبير جدا التي يجنيها البائعين، حيث يتم زراعة عشرات آلاف الهكتارات من المواد المخدرة في مزارع تابعة لحزب الله في الأراضي اللبنانية والسورية.
