تلاحق مجموعات من جنود نظام الأسد أثناء الفترة الجارية المطلوبين من الدرجة الأولى للنظام في قطاع ريفي حمص الشمالي وحماة الجنوبي وهذا رغم إجرائهم لتسويات ومصالحات برعاية دولة روسيا.
وبحسب مصادر أهلية في لقطاعين ريف حمص الذي بالشمال وحماة الذي بالجنوب ، فإن "المنشقين والمطلوبين للاحتياط هم المطلوبون بالدرجة الأولى للنظام"، مضمونةً استمرار حملات الاعتقال في المنطقة.
ووفقاٌ لافادات الاهالي: بأن نظام الأسد قد ارسل مذكرات تبليغ للأحتياط لأبناء ريفي حمص وحماة وشملت مذكرات تبليغ في كل منطقة او بلدة في ريفيين عدد شبان المطلوبيين للأحتياط يتراوح بين (200-400) شخص ،
ويتوجب على المطلوبين إعادة نظر الى الأفرع الامنية للخضوع لتحقيقات تخص عملهم أثناء مرحلة هيمنة الفصائل المقاتلة قبل تهجيرهم إلى الشمال السوري، على حسب افادات للمصادر الأهلية في المنطقة.
