خدعة روسية ...والحكومة السورية بحالة صمت أم عمياء

أنباء الوطن
كثُر الكلام عن منظومة أس-300 التي باتت سورية تمتلكها منذ بدء الحديث عن نية موسكو توريدها، وصولاً إلى مقطع “الفيديو اليتيم” الذي وثق لحظة وصولها إلى أحد المطارات السورية… ليصل الأمر بالبعض إلى تشبيه تلك المنظومات بالخردة أو بمنظومات التجميع. إنطلاقاً من القصف الصاروخي الصهيوني ليل الخميس 30/10/2018،

وحتى ذلك الفيديو اليتيم، سأحاول الإجابة عن ثلاثة أسئلة غاية في الأهمية والخطورة: ما هي المنظومة التي تزودت سورية بها، وما أبرز مواصفاتها؟. مشهد رصدته الأقمار التجسسيّة الصهيونية في موقع سوري فلجمها، ما هو هذا المشهد؟. كيف لنا أن نصف نهاية مواجهة 30/10/2018؟

* سترى ما نريد أن تراه:
عندما سألوا الرئيس بوتين كيف تمكنتم من نقل كل هذه الطائرات إلى سورية دون أن يلاحظ أحد، وخصوصاً المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية، قال: إن “CIA” جهاز عريق وقوي، ولكنه لا يعرف كل شيء، ولا يجب أن يعرف كلّ شيء. تلك الفلسفة الروسية يمكن تعميمها على مجمل الإدارات الروسية وخصوصاً العسكرية والأمنية. سورية لم تتعرض لاعتداءات سلاح جو العدو الصهيوني فقط؛ بل ولاعتداءات أمريكية وبريطانية وفرنسية بإستخدام الصواريخ الجوالة والقنابل الموجهة التي يطلق بعضها من مسافات بعيدة جداً، وهذا النوع من الذخائر يحتاج إلى منظومات دفاع جوي بمواصفات خاصة. كلنا يذكر كلام وزير الدفاع الروسي “شويغو” عندما أعلن البدء بتوريد صواريخ S-300 إلى سورية،

 حيث أكد بأن مداها يتجاوز 250كم، وهذا يقودنا للتأكيد بأن مواصفات النسخة السورية أحدث حتى من النسخةS-300PM2 ليس بالمدى فقط، وإنما بمواصفات أخرى منها: إمكانية تعديل الصواريخ مسارها خلال عملية التحليق لتتصدى لهدف آخر أكثر خطورة من الهدف المقصود لحظة الإطلاق، والقدرة على إستخدام بعض الذخائر الخاصة بمنظومات 400 S-. ولأن صواريخ 400 S-تريومف تختلف عن سابقتها S-300PM2 بقدرتها على تدمير كافة أنواع الأهداف الجويّة، أي، الصواريخ المجنحة القريبة من سطح الأرض، والطائرات المسيرة صغيرة الحجم، وجميع أنواع الطائرات الحربية،

 بما فيها طائرات الشبح… وهو ما لا يتوفر لأي منظومة دفاع جوي أخرى أقدم… لذلك، لجأ الروس إلى “حيلة” إستثنائية عبر إدخال تعديلات على المنظومات الموردة الى سورية تسمح لها بإستخدام واحدة من أخطر ذخائر المنظومات الأحدث 400 S-الصاروخ (48N6DM) المتمتع بأهم هذه الخصائص؛ تدمير الصواريخ المجنحة. أيّ أن المنظومة السورية تجمع بين أحدث مواصفات صواريخ S-300 وبعض من خصائص 400 S-بما يتناسب والتحديات التي تفرضها المواجهة مع العدو الصهيوني وأمريكا وحلفائها… من هذا الباب فقط، يمكن أن نقبل صفة “التجميع” لوصف المنظومات السورية، وهكذا سمحت موسكو للآخرين برؤية ما أرادت لهم رؤيته عبر الفيديو اليتيم.

* وكأن منصاتS-300PM2 لا تكفي:

نشر موقع “defense update” بتاريخ 24/10/2018 تقرير مدعوم بصور التقطتها الأقمار الاصطناعية، يقول:(قمر تجسسي “إسرائيلي رصد الموقع “قاعدة صواريخ S-300” شمال غرب مدينة مصياف في المنطقة الجبلية، على بعد حوالي 30 كم من البحر الأبيض المتوسط. وتهيمن الصواريخ السورية من موقعها الحالي على دائرة يصل قطرها إلى 250 كيلومتر، تغطي كامل المجال الجوي اللبناني، الجزء الشرقي من جزيرة قبرص،

وأجزاء من جنوب تركيا وشمال “إسرائيل” وصولاً إلى بحر الجليل… تظهر الصور أربع قاذفات S-300 في وضع الانتشار، بينما لم يتم التعرف على عناصر إضافية في الموقع تغطيها شبكات التمويه). ولكن المفاجيء في هذه الصور وجود منصة صواريخ 400 S-في الموقع بحالة الإستعداد القتالي، وعلى بعد 1.3 كم من كتيبة S-300 السورية… ولهذا المشهد النادر دلالات غاية في الخطورة، منها:

1-أن منظومات الدفاع الجوي السوري S-300تتمتع بحماية منظومات الدفاع الجوي الروسية 400 S-، خلال فترة تدريب الأطقم السورية على إستخدام صواريخ S-300على الأقل، وهذا قرار إستراتيجي سيكون له تداعياته الكبرى على موازين القوى في المنطقة برمتها.

2-استفادة الدفاع الجوي السوري من الإمكانات التقنية الهائلة لمنظومة 400 S-المنتشرة بالموقع، والمربوطة حتماً بقيادة الدفاع الجوي في قاعدة حميميم… مثل الرصد والتتبع والحصانة ضد التشويش… .

3-توفير العمق الدفاعي الذي يحتاجه الجيش العربي السوري لإعادة بناء شبكة دفاعه الجوي، وتحصين مواقعه، واستيعاب المنظومات الموردة حديثاً مثل، مركز قيادة الدفاع الجوي المؤتمت… .

*ليلة 30/10/2018، رأس جبل الجليد:

قبل الحديث عن عدوان 30/11، يجب أن أُذكر بما أعلنه المتحدث بإسم وزارة الدفاع الروسية قبل بضعة أسابيع عندما قال:”تسلمت وحدات الدفاع الجوي السوري نظام”Polyana-D4″ للتحكم وإدارة النيران المؤتمت… لنتأكد مما قلته سابقاً؛ فكل ما عرض في مقطع تسليم ال S-300 الى سورية عرض بقصد ولم يسرب مصادفةً. وحول هذا النظام أقتبس وبإختصار:”هو نظام اتصالات آلي يرتبط بأكثر من كتيبة دفاع جوي S-300 وكذلك منظومات “البوك” و”البانتسير” و”التنغوسكا”… وصولاً لمنصات صواريخ S-200 وبتشورا… بحيث يجمع المعلومات من كل الأطراف و يعالجها عبر ربطها من خلال 20 قناة وصل للنظام، مع القدرة على تتبع 500 هدف وملاحقة 250منها،

و يمكنها التحكم المباشر بـ14 صاروخ دفاع جوي من أنواع مختلفة بنفس الوقت بشكل مؤتمت كليّاً على مساحة تصل إلى 640,000 كم مربع… ولأن سلاح الجو مربوط بالنظام أيضاً؛ فهو قادر على إرشاد وتوجيه سلاح الجو أو أي طيران صديق بالمنطقة بإعطائه أدق تفاصيل الميدان صورة بشكل آلي أيضاً، وهذا يمنح منظومات الدفاع الجوي التمييز بين الصديق والعدو من جهة، ويمنح سلاح الجو إمكانات هائلة جداً من ناحية ثانية، فيمكن للطيار إطلاق صاروخ جو-جو على طائرة معادية دون رؤيته لها؛ بل بالإستناد إلى البيانات التي يوفرها له النظام… وكل هذه القائمة من الإجراءات تتم خلال فترة ثلاثة ثواني فقط كحد أقصى.

75 يوماً تقريباً مضت على تسلم سورية منظومات S-300 لم يجرؤ سلاح جو العدو على تنفيذ أي غارة خلالها، فلجأ لمنظومات صواريخ أرض-أرض لمهاجمة أهداف سورية… ولكن هذه الصواريخ والطائرات المسيرة الإنتحارية وجدت ليلة 30/11 دفاع جوي أكثر تطوراً مما عرفته بكثير. لقد وفرت القيادة المؤتمتة للدفاع الجوي، وشبكة رادار منظومات S-300 و 400-S مستوى جديد أكثر تطوراً وإقتداراً على الكشف والسيطرة وإدارة النيران… على نحو أذهل العدو بنتائجه، حيث بلغت نسبة الإسقاط 100% تقريباً… لذلك سأذكر هنا بواقعتين حساستين فقط:

1-بعض صواريخ العدو تمّ إعتراضها بالقرب من القرى الحدودية ولم تصل سماء دمشق ومحيطها مطلقاً، بالرغم من الهجوم المكثف والواسع والمتكرر على شكل موجات.

2-لم يتمكن العدو من إصابة أيّ من منظومات الدفاع الجوي القصير المدى التي تصدت للعدوان بالرغم من إستهدافه المتكرر لها، وحدث أن أحد المنظومات الإحتياطية قامت باستهداف طائرة مسيرة إنتحارية قبل تدميرها أحد هذه المنظومات بعشرات الأمتار فقط… وقد تمّ توثيق الحادثة بالفيديو، في محاولة منه لتكرار حادثة تدمير أحد منظومات بانتيسر في عدوان سابق خلال هذا العام.

*ختاماً:

قبل أكثر من شهر ونصف، وسائل إعلام أمريكية مطلعة، قالت نقلاً عن خبرائها :(أن رئيس الوزراء “الإسرائيلي” نتنياهو، قال في الاجتماع الأسبوعي لمجلس الوزراء، بأنه سيجتمع مع الرئيس الروسي بوتين قريباً. وأنّه يفضل التفاوض مع بوتين على موعد محدد، تحاول “إسرائيل” بعده استعادة مفاتيح السماء السورية. وبعبارة أخرى،

 بمجرد أن يغادر المدربون الروس مواقع S-300 سيبدأ سلاح الجو “الإسرائيلي” والمقاتلات الأمريكية في تدميرها. أو، على الأقل. وأنّ “إسرائيل” تُصر على تخلي روسيا عن فكرة نقل مقاتلات جديدة من طراز ميغ 31 إلى القوات الجوية السورية وأنظمة دفاع جوي إضافية من طراز بوك – إم 3، بصرف النظر عن تطور الأحداث في المنطقة… كما تريد تل أبيب من وزارة الدفاع الروسية عدم ربط بطاريات S-300 السورية بشبكة كمبيوتر نظام الدفاع الجوي 400-S في حميميم. خلاف ذلك، سيكون لدى الدفاع الجوي السوري معلومات عن جميع الطائرات على مسافة تصل إلى 600 كم من بطاريات صواريخه).

هذه خطوط المواجهة الحالية وآفاقها المستقبلية، وما باتت سورية تمتلكه وما سوف تمتلكه، ليس هدفه صدّ قنبلة صهيونية هنا أو صاروخ أمريكي هناك… بل الإستعداد لمواجهة حتمية قادمة، عنوانها مشاريع صفقة القرن، ولن يكون تصفية القضية الفلسطينية آخر هذه المشاريع وإنما أولها، وسنشهد تباعاً مشاريع أخرى: ترحيل جماعي لأتباع أديان ومذاهب وقبائل… وخرائط جديدة، وكيانات إقتصادية، وتحالفات عسكريّة… تجعل من “إسرائيل” مركز المنطقة وجوهرة تاجها، وسورية وحلفائها أعداء الإستقرار والسلام… فتفتح أبواب حرب، ربما كان هذا العدوان والقصف من التنف قرع “خجول ومتردد” لأبوابها.

3- Providing the defense depth that the Syrian Arab Army needs to rebuild its air defense network, fortify its positions, and accommodate newly supplied systems such as the automated air defense command center ...
