مرسوم خطير لـ"بشار الأسد" يكرّس انتزاع إيران لمفاصل الجمهورية السورية
أعلن صحفيٌ سوريّ معارض للنظام، اليوم الاربعاء، عن مرسوم خطير لبشار الأسد يكرّس لسيطرة إيران على مفاصل الجمهورية في سورية.
وتحدث الصحفي وائل الخالدي، في منشور عبر صفحته في "facebook" بعنوان "بشار الأسد يكرّس انتزاع إيران لإدارات الجمهورية": في 15/ 12 مرسوم بإقالة زيادة عن ثلاثة آلاف مستوظف إداري ومدني،دفعةً واحدة، وضمه لقرار أسبق يحكم بتعيين أولاد قتلى النسق".
وألحق "الخالدي" أن ذلك المرسوم "يفتح الباب لتعيين زيادة عن 1500 إيراني وأفغاني شيعي مجنس والباقين من العلويين في الإدارات".


وذكر الصحفي السوري أنه "في حال حصول أي تحول سياسي سوف تكون إيران قد استبقته و أحكمت قبضتها على مفاصل إدارات الجمهورية".
وقد كانت إيران قد تدخلت في الجمهورية السورية لمساندة "حكومة الأسد" الذي دائما ما كان حليفًا مخلصًا لها وجنّدت ودرّبت مجندين من غير مشابه مناطق الشرق الأوسط وجنوب آسيا
ونشرت مجلة "الفورين بوليسي" توثيقًا أسبقًا أوضحت فيه نقلًا عن منصور فارهنج، وهو باحث ودبلوماسي إيراني أسبق أن  إيران أنفقت ما ليس أقل من 30 مليار دولار على سورية عسكريًّا واقتصاديًّا، لكن تقديرات نديم شحادة، في كلية الحقوق والدبلوماسية في جامعة تافتس تفوق هذه التقديرات، حيث تصل 15 مليار دولار سنويًّا، أي 105 مليار دولار حتى هذه اللحظة.


وبحسب التقرير، فإن مجموعات الجنود الإيرانية جاريًّا تنتشر ضمن 11 قاعدة عسكرية في غير مشابه مناطق الجمهورية السورية، فضلًا عن 9 نُظم عسكرية تابعة للجماعات الشعبية المسلحة الشيعية المدعومة إيرانيًّا والمنتشرة في محافظات حلب وحمص ودير الزور، إضافة إلى نحو 15 قاعدة ونقطة رصد تابعة لحزب الله على طول الأطراف الحدودية اللبنانية وفي حلب، هذا على حسب نوار أوليفير، وهو باحث عسكري في ترتيب عمران للدراسات التخطيط في إسطنبول.

ويقال أن بشار الأسد فتح الباب في مواجهة إيران والقوات الروسية والميليشيات الأجنبية للدخول إلى جمهورية سوريا واحتلالها في مقابل مساندته و حماية وحفظ سلطته.

Al-Khalidi appended that this decree "opens the door to appoint more than 1,500 naturalized Shi'a Iranians and Afghans and the rest of the Alawites in the administrations."





The Syrian journalist stated that "in the event of any political transformation, Iran will have anticipated it and tightened its grip on the joints of the republican administrations."

Iran had intervened in the Syrian Republic to support the "Assad government", which has always been a loyal ally of it, and has recruited and trained recruits, unlike the Middle East and South Asia.

The magazine "The Foreign Policy" published a previous document, in which it stated, quoting Mansour Farhang, an Iranian researcher and diplomat, that Iran spent no less than $ 30 billion on Syria militarily and economically, but Nadim Shehadeh’s estimates, in the Faculty of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, outweigh these estimates. As it reaches 15 billion dollars annually, or 105 billion dollars so far.





According to the report, Iranian soldiers' groups are currently deployed within 11 military bases in areas similar to the Syrian Republic, in addition to 9 military systems affiliated to the Iranian-backed Shi'a armed armed groups deployed in the governorates of Aleppo, Homs, and Deir Al-Zour, in addition to about 15 Hezbollah bases and observation points Along the Lebanese border and in Aleppo, this is according to Nawar Olivier, a military researcher in the Amran arrangement for planning studies in Istanbul.



Bashar al-Assad is said to have opened the door against Iran, Russian forces, and foreign militias to enter and occupy the Republic of Syria in exchange for his support, protection, and preservation of his authority.
